                              RESOLUTION NO. 20358
                
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION DECLARING A CHATTANOOGA FIRE
                 DEPARTMENT LADDER TRUCK AS SURPLUS PROPERTY
                 AND AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING AGENT TO SELL
                 SAID FIRE DEPARTMENT LADDER TRUCK TO
                 McMINNVILLE JAYCEES FOR A CONSIDERATION OF
                 ONE DOLLAR ($1.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that a 1967 Chattanooga Fire Department
       ladder truck, a Pirsch Aerial Truck, VIN #2853, be and the same 
is
       hereby declared as surplus property.
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the purchasing agent be and
       is hereby authorized to sell said surplus Fire Department ladder
       truck to McMinnville Jaycees for a consideration of One Dollar
       ($1.00).
